This year marks fifteen years since I started tracking my finances in Excel. Over time I hit its limits, which led me to build a tool that is clearer and more practical.
My name is Jan Kolář, and Finio.live is my personal upgrade from Excel. I wanted a system that is fast, simple, and usable every day without unnecessary complexity.
This is a one-person project — mine. I design and build it to solve real problems I’ve encountered while managing my own personal finances.

Finio comes from the word “finance” and represents order, control, and completing tasks. It’s a simple name that reflects having a clear overview of your money.
Live means the data is alive — not static spreadsheets, but always up-to-date information that changes together with your real finances.
