Licence = a subscription type / authorisation to use the service features according to the selected plan.
3. Product and Price Information
- The product is a digital service provided online (access via a web interface).
- Main features: transaction tracking, account and category management, summaries, filters, charts, attachments, and other features depending on the licence.
- Price: the current price of each licence is always displayed on the website for the given licence; the price is final (including any applicable taxes and fees), unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Trial and Free licences are provided free of charge; Basic and Premium licences may be paid.
4. Order / Purchase of a Licence (Contract Conclusion)
- After logging in, the user selects a licence (plan), the validity period, and proceeds to purchase.
- Before submitting the order, the user has the opportunity to review the entered details and the selected plan.
- The contract is concluded at the moment of payment, and the user is informed immediately after a successful payment.
- In the event of an unsuccessful payment or a technical issue, the user is informed immediately.
5. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed via the Comgate payment gateway (depending on availability, e.g. card payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods offered by the gateway).
- After successful payment, the licence is activated automatically without undue delay.
- An unpaid order does not create any entitlement to activate a paid licence.

- Information about payment methods:

6. Delivery Terms (Provision of the Digital Service)
- “Delivery” means making the digital service available in the user’s account.
- Provision takes place online, with no physical delivery.
- For free licences, the service is available after registration; for paid licences, after activation following payment.
6a) Licence Order and Expiry
- The current licence status and dates are shown in the user profile section "My Profile".
- The order of licences from the lowest to the highest is: Free, Basic, Premium.
- The Trial licence is free for newly registered users and is time-limited. After it expires, a Free licence is assigned automatically unless the user purchases a higher licence.
- The Free licence is provided free of charge and has no expiry date.
- Paid licences are provided for a fixed term according to the purchased duration.
- It is not possible to purchase a lower licence while a higher licence is active.
- If a higher licence is purchased, the higher licence takes priority and automatically shifts the expiry of the lower licence. After the current licence expires, the lower licence is activated automatically.
7. Withdrawal from the Contract, Cancellation, Refunds
- For distance contracts, the consumer generally has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, unless the law provides an exception.
- For a digital service provided immediately after payment, the consumer may lose the right of withdrawal if they give explicit consent to the start of performance before the end of the 14-day period and are informed of this in advance.
- Payments for paid licences are non-refundable. This is because the service (access to and use of the licensed features) is provided immediately after payment and the performance already provided cannot be reversed or “taken back”.
- If the user deletes their account, the right to a refund of payments already made expires; the licence remains active until the end of the paid period, unless stated otherwise.
8. Complaints Procedure (Service Defects)
- The user may submit a complaint if the service does not function in accordance with the description or with reasonable expectations for digital services.
- Complaints may be submitted by email to info@finio.live, or via the contact form available in the user profile; it is recommended to include a description of the issue, the date it was discovered, and account identification (email).
- The operator will handle the complaint within a reasonable time; for consumers, the process follows the applicable legal regulations.
- If the complaint is accepted, the operator will primarily provide a remedy (fix / restoration). If this is not possible, an appropriate discount or other statutory remedy may be provided.
9. Account Cancellation
- The user may request deletion of their account at any time.
- After deletion, all user data are permanently and irreversibly removed.
- The operator may terminate an account in the event of a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Account deletion does not cancel the obligation to pay any issued and due payments, and it does not create any right to a refund of payments already made for licences.
- If the user does not log in to their account for a period of 3 years, their account, including all user data, may be automatically deleted. The user will be informed about the planned deletion via the provided email address at least 30 days before it is carried out.
10. Personal Data Protection
- The operator processes personal data mainly for the purpose of operating the account, providing the service, communication, and compliance with legal obligations.
- The scope of data typically includes: email, name (if provided), technical and operational data necessary for running the service, and data stored by the user in the application.
- Detailed information (legal bases, retention periods, recipients, data subject rights) is provided in the “Privacy Policy” document on the website.
- The user has rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) where applicable in a given case.
11. Liability and Limitations
- The user is responsible for the accuracy and content of the data they store in the service.
- finio.live is not accounting, tax, or financial-advisory software; it provides tracking and overview features.
- The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service; outages and maintenance may occur.
12. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
If the user is a consumer and a dispute arises between the user and the operator under the contract that cannot be resolved directly, the user may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) as the ADR entity for consumer disputes.

13. Changes to the Terms and Final Provisions
- The operator is entitled to amend these Terms; users will be informed of changes in a reasonable manner (e.g. by an in-app notice or email).
- Continued use of the service after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
